Effective July 9, 2026. These Terms govern your use of Leader App, operated by United Intellect LLC. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Leader App.

Acceptance and changes
By creating a Leader App account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Eligibility and youth users
Account holders must be at least 13 years old to create an individual account. Youth users under 13 may participate in a ministry area only through an account created and supervised by an authorized area director or ministry leader, with parent or guardian consent. Users under 18 acknowledge that a parent or guardian has consented to their use of the service. Area directors and ministry leaders represent that they have obtained any consents required by law for information they enter on behalf of others.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us at support@leaderapp.org immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes.
Acceptable use and SMS/email consent
You agree not to misuse the service, including transmitting unlawful, harassing, or abusive content, attempting to interfere with or reverse engineer the service, or using it to send commercial promotions unrelated to your ministry area. By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our text message opt-in page, you agree to receive SMS from Leader App and your ministry area for event coordination, reminders, prayer requests, check-ins, and related purposes. SMS frequency is typically 2 to 20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Email opt-out is available via the unsubscribe link in any message. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never required to create an account, use the service, or complete any purchase.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you enter into Leader App (contacts, notes, prayer requests, messages, and other data). By using the service you grant Leader App a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, transmit, and process your content solely to provide the service to you and your ministry area. You represent that you have the right to enter any information about third parties (including minors) and that you have obtained any consents required by law.
Disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LEADER APP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADER APP, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (a) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (b) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, INCLUDING DATA BREACHES; (c) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE; (d) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR THE LIKE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (e) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL LEADER APP’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (ii) US$100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leader App and its owners, officers, employees, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
